A legally blind man is suing Hooters because of their gift cards not containing braille. The lawsuit, filed by Marc Calcano on behalf of himself and others with impaired vision, and simply wishes the restaurant chain would add braille to their cards "to restore the dignity to blind persons." Calcano thinks the chain won't change their cards, but he says he will purchase at least one if they make the change to their gift cards. Until the change is made his lawsuit will continue. There's no word on how much he's looking for in damages. How often do you purchase restaurant gift cards?
