Lil Wayne already has a new lady in his life!
Less than two months after calling off his engagement to La’Tecia Thomas, the 37-year-old rapper's new girlfriend, Denise Bidot, made their relationship Instagram official.
On Monday (June 15), the 34-year-old plus-size model shared a series of photos, including one of her and Weezy kissing, to her Instagram Story along with the caption: "Somehow in the middle of all the madness, something special happened. Us."
Denise posted the photos amidst rumors about the nature of her relationship with Wayne. Recently, eagle-eyed fans noticed that Denise is the only person Wayne follows on Instagram. Adding to the relationship rumors, the "Get Outta My Head" rapper confirmed that he was in a new relationship during an interview with Nicki Minaj last week.
While discussing marriage, Nicki asked Weezy, “Remember when you was telling me that I be having an attitude all the time because I needed good dick? ... You was right though!”
Wayne laughed before adding, “I just hope my girl heard that, that’s all.”
While it's not yet known how or when he and Denise met, fans found that Wayne was pictured with her, as well as five other models, in Miami last summer while promoting his American Eagle Young Money collection.
News of the "Wild Dogs" rapper's new relationship comes just weeks after he reportedly ended his relationship with his Australian fiancée La’Tecia.
Despite keeping their romance under wraps for most of 2019, the formerly engaged couple went public with their relationship on New Year's Eve. Then, on February 1, Wayne and La'Tecia made their first red carpet appearance together at the album release party for Wayne’s latest project, Funeral.
Weezy also rapped about their relationship on the album. “I got a plus-sized model, but she my lil’ mama / I make her bust it open for me like a piñata / And as the world turned, she was my spin doctor,” he rapped on his track “Stop Playin With Me."
He also mentioned La'Tecia on “Not Me,” rapping, “You know wifey from Australia / She said ‘Cheers mate’ / Then we toast and see how you ni**as tears taste."
