Drake is Preparing To Drop A Follow Up Single To "Gods Plan"

Drakes "Gods Plan" is still out here breaking records holding that number one spot on the Billboard charts for eight weeks now! The song is slowly creeping to match up with Adele's "Hello", which spent 10 weeks in the number 1 spot back in 2015. With this song, Drake is also now halfway to meeting the longest ever streak as number 1 on the charts. The song that holds the current record for longest time spent at this position is the 1995 smash hit from Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men "One Sweet Day"  with 16 weeks as number 1. Only time will tell if "Gods Plan" hold the spot for that long.

The video for the hit song features Drake dropping the entire budget for the video on charitable deeds in Miami, Florida has already racked up over 230 Million streams on youtube. Not to bad for the first single off his rumored project dropping later this year.

While he's not busy playing Fornite with Travis Scott or reuniting with Rihanna and Pharrell on the "Lemon" Remix, Drake was creeping on Murda Beatz’s Instagram Live. In the Instagram live Beatz was giving his fans a little preview of his studio and some upcoming sounds he has been working on. In the comments section, Drake decided to let the cat out of the bag that he and Murda got some heat coming our way saying "New single dropping soon produced by Chef Murda"

This wouldn't be the first time that Murda Beatz and Drake have worked together. Beatz previously produced "Portland" (Feat. Quavo and Travis Scott), and "No Long Talk" (Feat. Giggs) off of the Toronto rappers "More Life" playlist. He also worked on "Views" producing "With You" (Feat. PartyNextDoor).

With rumors of a new album coming from the Toronto rapper circling around it wouldn't come as a surprise if Murda Beatz and Drake are plotting on dropping some heat for the Summer.
